Wedding Photography | the details

As a photographer I am asked what I enjoy most about my job. Why am I a wedding photographer?

It is often a difficult question for me to put into few words…..

I love the fact that I can make time stand still so that you will remember your day forever, I love that each wedding is so different from the other, I love exposing myself to different religions and cultures, I love those tiny little details that you spend so much time on, I love capturing the smiles and  tears that fall down your eyes as you dance with your father/mother, I love the look a groom gives his new bride as he sees her for the first time, I love those yummy cakes and cupcakes that make my mouth water, I love the smell of perfume so much that I so wish I could capture the scent in the photo, I love artsy style portraits,  I love the challenge of creating something unique and different every time I shoot a wedding, I love the fast paced energy that flows through every person the day of the wedding, I love to capture you when you when you look in the mirror for the first time, I love all the thank you’s I get from all of my wonderful client’s - it makes me want to work harder and harder and most of all I love that you have given me the honor in attending the MOST IMPORTANT DAY of your life. YOUR WEDDING.
